Processing Time

• In-stock items: shipped within 2–5 business days
• Made-to-order or bespoke items: production time of 4–8 weeks, communicated at order confirmation

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via Geodis Fly Express (international) and Chronopost / Colissimo (France domestic).

Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Our zones:

• France métropole
• Union Européenne
• Grande-Bretagne
• Amérique du Nord (US, Canada, Mexique)
• Europe hors UE (Suisse, Norvège, Turquie...)
• DROM-COM (Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion...)
• Asie & Maghreb
• Reste du monde

Each zone offers 5 tiers based on weight: 0–1 kg / 1–3 kg / 3–5 kg / 5–10 kg / 10+ kg.

Delivery Times (indicative, after dispatch)

• France: 2–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Rest of world: 5–15 business days

Customs Duties

International orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes borne by the buyer. Laurent Nay Maroquinerie has no control over these charges.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email upon dispatch.

Failed Delivery

If the delivery cannot be completed after 2 attempts, the parcel is returned to sender. Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
