Refund & Return Policy

Because every Laurent Nay creation is handcrafted with care, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

Unused, in their original condition
Returned in original packaging (including dust bag, box)
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Bespoke and personalized items (initials, custom colors, made-to-measure pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

How to Return

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in case of defective or incorrect item, in which case Laurent Nay Maroquinerie will cover return shipping.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective or incorrect item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@laurentnay.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All Laurent Nay creations are covered by a 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code) and a warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1648 of the French Civil Code).
