Designed to protect, store and present your finest knives, the Leather Knife Case combines traditional French leather craftsmanship with an elegant and functional design.
Entirely handcrafted in France by Laurent Nay Maroquinerie, each knife case is made from carefully selected premium leather and designed to protect every piece of your collection.
The exterior is available in four leather colour.
The interior is finished in black microfiber, providing a soft and refined surface that protects the knives from scratches while enhancing their presentation.
Each compartment is designed to keep the knives securely in place while protecting them during storage or transport.
Initials, names, logos, embroidery, contrasting stitching and other bespoke details are available on request.

The Craftsmanship
Saddle-stitched by hand in our atelier near Vichy, France. Each piece is made by master artisans, requiring more than 40 hours of work. The seams are reinforced with a unique double-thread technique that ensures durability for decades.
Solid brass hardware
All buckles, rivets and locks are crafted from solid brass — never plated. Heavier, more durable, and develops a unique patina over time. The internal structure uses hand-finished leather-wrapped frames for maximum rigidity.
Lifetime service & warranty
2-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Beyond that, we offer lifetime refurbishment service for any Laurent Nay piece — re-stitching, hardware replacement, leather refinishing. Submit a request via our contact form.

Customs duties
International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties borne by the buyer.
Returns
14 calendar days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging.
Refund processed within 14 days after receipt.
Bespoke and personalised items (initials, custom colours, made-to-measure pieces) cannot be returned in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Everyday care
- Store your Laurent Nay piece in its dust bag when not in use, in a dry room away from direct sunlight.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after each use to remove dust.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, and direct sunlight — natural leather may fade or dry out.
- Do not overload — leather relaxes over time and will conform to the shape of what it holds.
Deep cleaning
Twice a year, apply a small amount of neutral leather conditioner with a soft cloth, in circular motions. Let it absorb for a few minutes, then buff gently.
For tartan linings, brush with a soft dry brush. Do not machine wash.
Hardware
Solid brass hardware develops a natural patina over the years. To restore its original shine, polish with a dedicated brass cleaner. To keep the aged look, simply let it evolve.
Long-term storage
Fill the piece with acid-free tissue paper to preserve its structure. Store flat when possible. Every 2–3 months, take it out and wipe it down.

Sourced from heritage tanneries
We work directly with traditional French and Italian tanneries who supply the same leather grades used in Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Aston Martin cabin upholstery. Each hide is selected for grain, thickness and patina potential.
