Welcome to Laurent Nay Maroquinerie. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of laurentnay.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Identification
The Site is operated by Maison Victor SARL, registered at 16 Grande Rue, 03110 Brout-Vernet, France, SIRET: 932 912 991 00019, VAT: FR22932912991, under the trade name Laurent Nay Maroquinerie.
2. Products
Products are described in good faith based on information from our artisans. Photographs are indicative — natural leather may show slight variations in color and grain. Custom and made-to-measure pieces are produced individually.
Prices are shown in Euros, inclusive of VAT (French rate 20%). International orders may be subject to customs duties borne by the buyer.
3. Orders
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent or exceeds stock capacity.
Bespoke orders may require a deposit and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
4. Payment
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are secured via Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS compliant).
5. Delivery
Delivery is made by Geodis (international) or Chronopost / Colissimo (France). Delivery times and shipping costs are indicated at checkout. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw. See our Refund Policy for details.
Withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or personalized items (Article L221-28).
7. Warranty
Legal warranty of conformity (2 years, Articles L217-3 to L217-17) and warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641-1648) apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (photos, texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Maison Victor SARL. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of the seller's registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the buyer is a consumer, in which case the courts of the buyer's residence apply.
For consumer disputes, an amicable resolution can be sought via the European ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
